supervisory management of the assigned Watch, offering leadership and coordinating the

activities of all personnel. Additionally, the Watch Manager will oversee the daily utilisation of

allocated station resources to guarantee the effective provision of protection, prevention, and

emergency incident response services to the community, with the aim of saving and
